🔄 Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain products (e.g., pet food, treats, or personal-use items like grooming tools) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
📦 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support with details and photos of the issue.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping fees.
